About the School

KAPSABET HIGHLANDS SCHOOL
“Laying foundation for excellence in education.”

Kapsabet Highlands school is a co-educational primary school catering for both day and boarding pupils. The school offers 8-4-4 system of education and boarding for pupils in classes 4-7. It is situated 600m from Chepterit Shopping Center along Chepterit –Baraton Road, off Eldoret –Kapsabet Road (10km from Kapsabet township towards Eldoret direction.)
Kapsabet Highlands School is founded on the principle that to achieve the wholesome development of the child academically, physically, spiritually and socially. The  environment is conducive to attaining these goals. The school’s vision captures this aspiration: “nurturing a self reliant child; providing quality education in a loving Christian environment”.
The school has excellent physical facilities in a scene tic and quiet environment conducive for learning.

We welcome children from diverse backgrounds and dismiss the belief that a certain class of people can not afford to pay school fees in a private school. All that is required is that the parent should make prior arrangement with the school on how they intend to pay the school fees within the term duration.
We attribute the school success to a strong prayer life. We encourage the learners to pray everyday and live sober life.
The administration plans the day in such a way that children participate in a wide variety of extra curriculum activities such as sports and environmental and nature studies among others.

Humility, obedience, honesty and service to God and the neighbour are some o the values we inculcate in every pupil.
Boarding school provides an environment in which each pupil realizes his or her full potential in every area of the school and personal life. The young ones are able to develop a whole range of skills, talents and qualities which will enable them to be self assured and confident members of society.
